To fully clean up your Mailbox and create a lot of space, it’s necessary to delete items directly in your Inbox and your Archive, to do this, we need to be REAL CARFUL of what we deleted because it could be an important email.
We click on our Inbox, then filter “By Size” and start deleting top to bottom the NO-Important emails, do this same in your “Online Archive – Your name.”
- Check your Mailbox space.
Be careful and check all the folders that have the names mentioned above, the goal is to leave them empty to have space in our mailbox.
WARNING: Many times, even with this maintenance, it is necessary to check our Inbox folder and delete old or unwanted emails, once deleted from Inbox, the folders "Drafts", "Deleted Items", "Junk Email" must be emptied again.
